I went to the gardens to take these pictures in the afternoon. I was able to use the shadow effect on both of these, although it came out a bit darker than I was anticipating. I used the Quick Select Tool in Photoshop to make my selections. I just find it easier to use this tool rather than the Lasso Tool. I tried to use the Feather Tool but don't think I did it properly but I was still pretty satisfied with the outcome.
